Requirements For Warranty

1. If a product fails during normal usage during the warranty period, Benwei will provide free maintenance service based on the proof-documents and invoice (copy) of the defective product in compliance with the terms of this guarantee.
2. Benwei will not provide paid maintenance services while under warranty.
A consequence of a significant event is a failure or injury.
